About the Opportunity

We're seeking a motivated and ambitious Graduate Accountant to join our Finance team. This is an opportunity to gain broad exposure across multiple finance disciplines while building the foundations for a successful long-term career in Accounting and Finance.

You'll work alongside experienced finance professionals across Pricing, Master Data, Financial Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), gaining hands-on experience that will accelerate your development.

This is a role where you'll be supported, challenged and given opportunities to develop your technical expertise, commercial understanding and leadership capability.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Graduate Accountant, you'll gain experience across a range of accounting and finance activities, including:

- Supporting key finance administration and accounting processes

- Maintaining pricing, customer and financial master data records

- Assisting with Accounts Payable and related finance activities

- Reviewing and processing customer pricing approvals





- Supporting month-end accounting and reporting activities

- Assisting the Financial Accounting and FP&A; teams with reporting, analysis and project work

- Partnering with stakeholders across the business to provide timely information and support decision-making

- Contributing to process improvement initiatives and business projects

- Ensuring compliance with internal controls, financial policies and corporate governance requirements

About You

We're looking for potential as much as experience.

You may be a recent graduate or early-career professional seeking an opportunity to establish a long-term career within a global organisation.

You'll bring:

- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce (Accounting) or a related accounting discipline

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- A proactive and growth-oriented mindset

- The ability to learn quickly and adapt to recent challenges

- A desire to build a long-term career in Accounting and Finance

- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with data

- Exposure to accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping,



finance administration or customer service through work experience, internships or university placements will be highly regarded.
