Educlean is seeking reliable, motivated and detail-focused part-time school cleaners to help maintain clean, safe and welcoming school environments in Bridgetown, Western Australia.

These positions offer regular weekday afternoon shifts, a supportive team environment and opportunities to grow with a national company specialising in education cleaning.

Available Shifts

Monday to Friday
4:00 pm to approximately 8:00 pm

Multiple positions are available.

About the Role

You will help maintain clean, hygienic and well-presented spaces for students, teachers, staff and visitors.

This role suits someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working within a supportive team and wants to contribute to their local school community.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties may include:

- Cleaning classrooms, offices, staffrooms and communal areas

- Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping and dusting

- Cleaning and disinfecting high-touch surfaces

- Cleaning and sanitising bathrooms and amenities

- Emptying bins and collecting internal waste

- Replenishing toilet paper, hand towels, soap and other consumables

- Maintaining cleaning equipment and tidy storage areas

- Reporting maintenance, safety or hygiene concerns

- Assisting with periodic and detailed cleaning when required

- Following cleaning schedules, secure work procedures and site requirements

About You

We are looking for people who demonstrate:

- Reliability and punctuality

- Pride in their work and strong attention to detail

- The ability to work independently and as part of a team





- Good communication skills

- A professional and respectful approach in a school environment

- Availability for regular weekday afternoon shifts

- The ability to undertake routine commercial cleaning duties

- Legal working rights in Australia

Previous school or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not essential. Full training will be provided.

Requirements

Successful applicants will be required to:

- Hold or obtain a valid WA Working with Children Check, where applicable to the role

- Provide a National Police Check where required

- Complete applicable school and Educlean inductions

- Follow all site safety, presentation and conduct requirements

- Provide evidence of their right to work in Australia

Reliable transport and a current driver’s licence are preferred but not essential, provided you can reliably attend your rostered shifts.
