Job Summary

As the ultimate leader of their store, a Store Manager is accountable for every aspect of the retail store performance, ensuring that all areas of the store are engaged, achieving key results, and that the store is delivering world-class guest experience. Reporting to the Regional Manager, Store Managers are responsible for hiring and developing people. Store Managers are responsible for creating an environment and a store culture where people feel a deep sense of belonging and have the opportunity to grow. As a result, they ensure their store delivers quality guest experience in line with company values and directives (people experience, store operations, product, and community relationships).

Core Responsibilities of the Job

- Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team, creating an inclusive and positive store culture.

- Recruit, onboard, coach and develop team members, with overall accountability for store hiring, performance management and employment decisions.

- Direct and support the store leadership team, ensuring alignment to business objectives and company priorities.

- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by leading from the floor and coaching the team to provide outstanding service and product education.

- Build strong community connections and drive local brand and community initiatives to grow awareness and engagement.

- Oversee store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, product strategy and operational excellence.

- Drive business performance through effective workforce planning, rostering, budgeting and achievement of annual sales targets.

- Manage the store's profit and loss performance, controllable expenses, labour budget and key business metrics.

- Lead quarterly and seasonal planning to ensure the store is set up for success across people,



product and operations.

Job Requirements

- Legal working rights in Australia.

- Availability to work a full-time roster (38 hours per week), including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

- Previous leadership experience, including recruiting, coaching and managing team performance.

- Experience overseeing business operations, workforce planning, labour management and store administration.
