We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our growing Glen Waverley team.

A Property Management role where you can actually focus on property management.

As our portfolio continues to grow, we’ve created a role with the structure, systems and support needed to do the job properly.

You’ll take on a clean, well-run portfolio — and importantly, you won’t be expected to handle leasing, routine inspections, condition reports or the bulk of the day-to-day administration. These areas are managed by dedicated support staff, including notices, leases, rent reviews and arrears administration.

Your focus is the portfolio itself: looking after your owners and renters, managing maintenance and issues as they arise, making decisions and keeping everything running smoothly.

What you can expect

- A clean, manageable portfolio

- Monday to Friday only

- No leasing duties

- No routine inspections

- No condition reports

- Administrative support for notices, leases, rent reviews and arrears

- Dedicated staff responsible for the tasks above

- Established systems and processes already in place
