Rope Access Lead | Industrial Rope Access Specialist

We are seeking experienced Rope Access Leads to oversee safe and productive rope access operations for an established company specialising in facade maintenance and technical access. This is a permanent full-time role, Monday to Friday, based within the broader Sydney region.

About the Role

- Requires advanced certification in industrial rope access and a track record of leadership in rope access teams.
- Hourly rate range: $55.00 to $70.00.
- Location: Sydney metropolitan vicinity.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead daily rope access activities on site ensuring safety compliance and operational efficiency.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced rope access technicians.
- Maintain high standards of safety and workmanship following industry protocols.
- Communicate with clients and site personnel to coordinate work effectively.
- Contribute to site planning, including risk assessments and control measures for access and restoration tasks.
- Perform facade restoration, painting, sealing, and remedial maintenance at heights.
