Principal Identity Architect
Perth - Hybrid working

Our client is a specialist security consultancy. IAM, PAM and identity governance is their bread and butter, and they're growing quickly with clients across Australia.

They're looking for a senior/principal architect who sits between hands-on delivery and leadership: owning complex identity designs for clients, leading the technical support team and helping shape how the practice grows.

What you'll be doing

- Designing and delivering IAM, PAM and IGA solutions for a range of clients, from strategy and architecture through to configuration, testing and deployment
- Being the trusted technical voice for client stakeholders and explaining complex ideas clearly
- Leading and developing the support team, including work allocation, training plans and performance reviews
- Writing the documents that win and land work: designs, architecture, options analysis and tender responses
- Evaluating new technologies alongside key vendors

Must Have

- 7+ years in identity,



security or infrastructure
- hands-on experience with at least one of these: Entra ID, Ping, Saviynt, Delinea,CyberArk, Okta
- Hands-on experience across access management, PAM and IGA
- Solid recent experience with, Entra ID, AAD Connect and M365 experience
- Integration experience with systems like HCM or HRIS systems, alongside SIEM or SCIM
- previous client-facing experience, with a strong track record of written design documentation
- Experience leading and mentoring a team
