About the Role

As a key member of our team, reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you'll be responsible for:

- Responding to incoming phone and email queries with a friendly and professional approach.

- Entering and processing customer orders into our order entry system (SAP).

- Collaborating with our sales team and warehouses across Australia to ensure timely order fulfilment.

- Building and maintaining exceptional customer relationships to deliver a premium service experience.

About You

We're seeking a candidate with:

- A positive can-do attitude.

- Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.

- A friendly and polite manner.

- Previous experience in a call centre environment using SAP or similar systems would be advantageous.
