With the imminent retirement of our Senior Business Manager we seek an experienced Business Manager to drive results.

About the role

As Senior Business Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving Finance, Insurance and Warranty performance across the dealership while supporting and mentoring the sales team to achieve outstanding results.

Key responsibilities

- Driving and exceeding Finance & Insurance performance targets

- Maximising every sales opportunity through strong deal structuring and negotiation

- Presenting finance, insurance and protection products professionally and compliantly

- Coaching sales consultants to identify and generate F&I; opportunities

- Building solid relationships with customers, lenders and dealership stakeholders

- Delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the ownership journey





- Maintaining compliance with all regulatory and dealership requirements

- Contributing to a positive, high-performance culture through leadership and example
