Our Morack venue in Vermont South combines a public golf course, modern driving range, mini golf, café, bar, events and entertainment in a vibrant community environment.

We’re looking for a Full-Time Service Attendant who enjoys working with people and wants to be part of a busy, varied and energetic venue.

This is a hands-on, all-areas role where you’ll work across Golf Reception, Driving Range, Mini Golf, Café and Bar, helping guests have a great experience from the moment they arrive.

The Role

As a Service Attendant, you’ll be part of our multi-skilled venue team and play an important role in delivering great guest experiences across the venue.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming guests and providing friendly, knowledgeable service.

- Processing Driving Range and Mini Golf bookings.

- Briefing guests on our facilities, activities and technology.

- Taking and processing Food & Beverage orders through our POS system.

- Preparing café and beverage products to a consistent standard.

- Delivering food and beverages to guests throughout the venue.

- Maintaining clean, tidy and well-presented customer and service areas.

- Re-stocking and maintaining service areas.

- Answering guest questions and helping them make the most of their visit.

- Promoting venue offerings, activities and promotions.

- Working across different areas of the venue depending on operational needs.

- Helping create a fun,



welcoming and energetic atmosphere for our guests.

- Available to work a flexible roster, including evenings and weekends.

- Interested in hospitality, golf, sport, recreation or entertainment.

Hospitality, café, bar or customer service experience is highly regarded

RSA and Food Safety certificates are highly regarded.
