About the Role

Norfolk Food is a growing meat processing and food manufacturing company located in Coburg, Victoria. We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Forklift Driver to join our dispatch team.

This role is responsible for the safe and efficient loading and unloading of trucks, movement of finished goods throughout the warehouse, and ensuring customer orders are dispatched accurately and on time.

What You'll Be Doing

- Loading and unloading trucks using a forklift.

- Preparing orders for dispatch.

- Moving finished products between production, cold storage, and dispatch areas.

- Checking outgoing orders for accuracy and completeness.

- Assisting with stock movement and inventory control.

- Ensuring products are handled safely and stored correctly.

- Maintaining dispatch records and documentation.

- Following all food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures.

- Working closely with production and warehouse teams to meet dispatch schedules.





- Assisting with general warehouse and dispatch duties as required.

What We're Looking For

- Current and valid LF Forklift License.

- Previous experience in a dispatch, warehouse, or logistics role.

- Experience loading and unloading trucks.

- Strong understanding of warehouse and forklift safety procedures.

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Full working rights in Australia.

Preferred Experience

- Experience working in dispatch and transport operations.

- High Reach Forklift experience.

- Understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements.
