Key Responsibilities

· Deliver engaging, learner-centred training and assessment in Civil Construction Design.

· Create a supportive, inclusive learning environment for a culturally diverse student cohort

· Assess student competence and provide constructive feedback.

· Maintain accurate and timely training and assessment documentation.

· Ensure compliance with RTO standards and internal quality processes.

About You

You are an experienced wall and floor tiling professional who is passionate about mentoring and developing future tradespeople.

You will bring:

· Certificate III or IV in Civil Construction Design (or higher/equivalent).

· Minimum 2 years’ recent industry experience.

· TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or willingness to obtain).

· Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage culturally diverse learners.

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

· A genuine passion for education and student success.
