Ben’s Curtains Pty Ltd is one of Australia’s fastest-growing curtain chain brands, and we are looking for passionate, confident, and customer-centric sales consultants to join our store team.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct on-site measurements, design solutions, and sell products;

2. Assist customers in product selection, matching, and quotation confirmation;

3. Follow up on the entire customer process to ensure smooth transactions and high customer satisfaction;

4. Guide the team to achieve store performance targets;

5. Participate in the development and implementation of company strategic plans to drive regional sales growth.

Requirements:

1. At least 1 year of sales experience in the curtain or related industry;

2. A certain understanding of window covering products,



familiar with the structure of fabrics, tracks, roller blinds, etc.;

3. Excellent communication skills and customer relationship maintenance ability;

4. Fluent in English, those with a second language ability (like Chinese) are preferred;

5. Solid sense of purpose, execution ability, and teamwork spirit;

6. A valid Australian driver’s licence and the ability to drive are required;

7. Applicants must hold a valid long-term work visa, or be an Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen.

Salary Range: AUD 60,000 – 85,000/year + Performance Bonus
