Hair Transplant Assistant & Receptionist

Full-Time | Claremont, Perth

Gro Clinics is looking for a Full-Time Hair Transplant Assistant & Receptionist to join our Perth team.

This is a varied hybrid role combining hands-on support during hair transplant procedures with reception, patient care and day-to-day clinic administration. It would suit someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment and is interested in the cosmetic medicine and hair restoration industry.

You don't necessarily need previous hair transplant experience – we're looking for someone with the right attitude, attention to detail and willingness to learn.

What you'll be doing

In this role, you will:

- Assist our doctors and clinical team during hair transplant procedures
- Prepare procedure rooms and support the smooth running of procedure days
- Welcome patients and provide a professional, supportive experience throughout their time in the clinic
- Manage reception duties, including answering calls and responding to patient enquiries
- Assist with patient bookings, appointments and general clinic administration
- Support prospective patients over the phone and in person
- Assist with the day-to-day running and presentation of the clinic
- Work closely with our clinical, sales and support teams to deliver a seamless patient experience
- Treat every patient with care, courtesy and respect
- Help us consistently deliver our commitment to World Class Care

About you

We're looking for someone who is:

- Friendly, confident and comfortable communicating with a wide range of people
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Calm and professional in busy or high-pressure situations
- Reliable, resilient and able to maintain concentration during longer procedure days




- Comfortable working in both a clinical/procedure environment and a customer-facing reception role
- A strong written and verbal communicator
- Interested in cosmetic medicine, hair restoration or the broader health and aesthetics industry
- Flexible with working hours, as procedure days may occasionally extend beyond standard clinic hours
- Available for occasional weekend work when required
- Able to travel interstate occasionally if required

Experience in medical reception, healthcare, cosmetic medicine, dental, beauty/aesthetics or another patient-focused environment would be highly regarded, but is not essential.
