THE KITCHEN

This is real high-volume FIFO catering.

You’ll be working in busy camp kitchens producing quality meals for large workforces. Depending on the site, roster and shift, you may be responsible for:

- Breakfast, crib, lunch and dinner preparation

- High-volume bulk cooking

- Buffet-style service for large crews

- Dietary, medical and cultural meal requirements

- Maintaining food quality, presentation and consistency

- HACCP and food safety compliance

- Keeping kitchens clean, organised and audit-ready

- Day, night and/or split shifts





- Working as part of an established catering team

- Confidently working independently when required

We’re looking for chefs who can handle the numbers, maintain standards and keep delivering when the kitchen gets busy.

WHAT YOU NEED

This role is for chefs with Australian FIFO camp experience.

To be considered, you must have:

- Minimum 1 year Australian FIFO Chef experience

- Currently reside in Western Australia

- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery

- Proven bulk catering / high-volume cooking experience

- Strong HACCP and food safety knowledge

- Current WA Driver’s Licence

- National Police Clearance issued within the last 4 months

- White Card

- Full Australian working rights

- Ability to work effectively in remote FIFO environments

- Flexibility for casual swings, including short-notice opportunities

- A reliable, professional and safety-focused attitude
