Established in 2000, we pride ourselves on providing excellence in sales, service, and installation of fire protection equipment throughout Western Australia.
The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Service Coordinator. This role suits an individual who is enthusiastic about contributing to the success of our family orientated business. You will join our team to support our increasing client base to ensure we are able to always provide outstanding customer service as well as quality workmanship. The position will be a key role within our business, collaborating with other experienced team members. Responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Coordination of general operations and serve as a point of contact for employees and customers alike
- Ensure everything is on schedule to meet or exceed deadlines
- Providing administrative support to management, employees and in some cases, clients, and visitors
- Handling office ad-hoc duties such as answering phones, organising files and email management
- Maintaining databases and tracking key deadlines
- Developing and managing spreadsheets
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
Essential Attributes:
- Experience as a Service Coordinator or similar role highly regarded
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Virtual Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word)
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
About You
The successful applicant will need to have a current Western Australian driver’s license and demonstrate an excellent understating of, or willingness to learn about, Fire Protection business. Successful applicant will be provided with:
- 40 hours working week. (7.30am – 4.00pm)
- Uniform provided in time
