An organisation operating in the healthcare industry and based in Moorabbin, 3 days from the office is required.

Description

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyse and interpret data to identify trends and insights for project planning.
- Support the development and implementation of technology solutions.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for project updates.
- Assist in testing and quality assurance processes to ensure system effectiveness.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the technology department.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with project teams and stakeholders.




- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the healthcare industry.

Profile

A successful Junior Business Analyst should have:

- A background in business analysis for technology inplementations
- Experience working in Healthcare
- Experience with SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central Payroll or other HRIS
- Ability to come 3 days to the Moorabbin office (non-negotiable)

Job Offer

- Competitive salary package between $80,000 and $100,000 AUD (non-negotiable), excluding superannuation.
