Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten is seeking passionate and flexible Assistant Educators to join our team at our Mambourin centre.
We are looking for 3 Assistant Educators to join our team in permanent part-time positions across our 1-2 year old and 2-3 year old rooms. These opportunities have become available due to a team member resignation and additional staffing requirements to support our growing service.
As an Assistant Educator, you'll work closely with our educators and leadership team to provide high-quality care, engaging learning experiences and a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive.
If you're an enthusiastic educator with a strong understanding of the EYLF, excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for early childhood education, we'd love to hear from you.

The Opportunity
As an Assistant Educator, you will:
- Support educators in providing high-quality care and education for children aged 1-3 years
- Assist with the implementation of engaging, play-based learning experiences
- Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Support children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Help create a protected, nurturing and inclusive learning environment
- Assist with daily routines including meals, sleep, hygiene and transitions
- Maintain a high standard of care, supervision and compliance
- Work collaboratively with your room and centre team
- Contribute to maintaining compliance with the National Quality Standards (NQS) and centre policies
- Be flexible to work rotating shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year experience working in an early childhood education and care setting
- A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A positive, reliable and collaborative approach to work
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing
- A strong understanding of child safety, safeguarding and mandatory reporting responsibilities
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
