We’re partnering with a highly regarded, boutique real estate agency in Reservoir looking for a motivated Property Manager to join their growing team in a structured, task-based role.

This is a great opportunity for a Junior Property Manager or experienced PM looking for strong support, modern systems, a positive team culture and genuine work-life balance.

The Opportunity

- Task-based Property Management role – no overwhelming portfolio to juggle
- Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm with no weekends
- Work within a supportive team environment
- Full admin and Assistant Property Manager support
- Manage entry, routine and exit inspections
- Handle rent reviews, lease renewals and arrears
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance and compliance
- Prepare for and attend VCAT hearings
- Brand-current office with modern technology and equipment
- Use cloud-based systems including PropertyMe, Vault, Ignite and more
- Free onsite parking
- Ongoing training and development
- Regular team celebrations and a genuinely positive workplace culture
- $70K–$85K + super + monthly commissions, depending on experience

About You




We're open-minded on experience, with Junior Property Managers welcome to apply. This role would suit someone who wants to develop their Property Management career within a structured and well-supported environment.

You'll ideally have:

- Minimum 1 year of residential Property Management experience
- Valid Agents Representative Certificate
- Strong understanding of inspections, maintenance, arrears and compliance
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Reliable, proactive and willing to learn
- A team player who enjoys working collaboratively
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
