At OPUS Campers we build premium, market-leading camper trailers and off-road hybrid caravans for people who want to get properly off the beaten track. We're after a driven Sales Executive who sees a shifting market as a chance to stand out, not sit back.

Based at our Burpengary showroom, you'll be the person who turns a customer's "one day" into "let's do this."

What you'll be doing:

- Closing deals and smashing targets: create and run sales strategies that hit (and beat) your monthly and quarterly KPIs

- Owning the customer journey: look after customers from first enquiry through to handover and beyond, so they come back and send their mates

- Keeping things tight behind the scenes: raise invoices, track orders and keep our CRM accurate so nothing slips through the cracks

- Making the showroom shine: help keep displays looking sharp so every product sells itself

- Following up like a pro: stay on top of enquiries and after-sales care to keep satisfaction high

- Finding better ways: spot and fix the small things that make the customer experience even better

- Telling our story:



help create social content featuring promotions, new arrivals and happy customers out on the road

What you'll bring

- A sales background and a track record of beating targets

- Confidence with CRM systems and Microsoft Office

- Strong organisation skills and a sharp eye for detail

- Great communication skills and a genuine knack for building rapport

- The energy to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

- Most importantly, a positive attitude and a solid work ethic. We can teach product, but we can't teach drive.

Full-time, permanent role. Tuesday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, plus Saturdays 9am to 3pm. You'll also need to be flexible to attend our shows, which are some of the best days on the calendar.
