About the Company

Our client is a highly respected long standing residential building company specialising in volume housing in South East QLD and NSW.

About the Position

An opening exists for a Building Supervisor to join their team in a project in Woollongbar. You will be responsible for the following:

- Delivering quality new home projects

- Managing mutliple projects in housing estates concurrently

- Coordinate all trades and schedule materials

- Ensure programs and budgets are being met

- Ensuring Workplace Health and Safety and clean sites

- Quality assurance

What we need:





- Minimum 2 years experience as a Building Supervisor in volume housing

- Strong trade management and time management skills

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills

- Carpentry Trade qualification

- Ability to manage volume and work autonomously
