AARCO Environmental Solutions is seeking an experienced Fencing Installer / Team Leader to join our growing fencing division.

About the role

Working across commercial, government and residential projects, you will take a hands-on role in installing fencing and leading the crew. As the division grows, you will help shape its culture, establish good work practices and mentor team members.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering quality fencing installations to project requirements.

- Planning daily tasks and coordinating labour, tools and materials.

- Leading by example in safety, preparation and workmanship.

- Training and supporting team members to develop their skills.

- Communicating clearly with clients, site contacts and our office team.

- Identifying issues early and following through on solutions.





- Keeping sites, vehicles, tools and equipment clean and organised.

About you

- Proven fencing installation experience.

- Experience leading a crew, or the readiness to step into leadership.

- Pride in their workmanship and attention to detail.

- An organised, practical approach to getting the job done.
