Ready to own your territory and make your mark?

We're looking for a motivated and commercially minded Sales Engineer who thrives on winning new business and building strong customer relationships. You'll take ownership of a large and diverse territory, spending your time on-site with customers, developing opportunities and maintaining a high level of market activity. Ideal for someone who enjoys travel, values autonomy and brings the energy, resilience and tenacity needed to succeed in a field-based sales role.

Covering Brisbane through to Toowoomba, you'll take ownership of a diverse industrial territory, maintaining a high level of customer activity with 15+ meetings per week, identifying new opportunities and delivering technical solutions to manufacturing and industrial clients.

What You'll Do

- Drive new business growth across your territory

- Build strong relationships with manufacturing and industrial customers

- Conduct site visits, technical assessments and solution presentations





- Provide solutions across hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, valves and mechanical systems

- Manage opportunities from prospecting through to close

- Travel regularly throughout the region, including overnight stays

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in technical sales, sales engineering or industrial business development

- A genuine hunter mindset with robust business development capability

- High energy, resilience and tenacity

- Strong relationship-building and solution-selling skills

- Technical knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics or mechanical systems

- Experience within manufacturing, process industries or industrial environments
