Due to unprecedented growth, we have multiple positions for apprentice plumbers to join our field-based operations team on a full-time permanent basis based out of our Hallam head office.

The Opportunity

We have multiple opportunities for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-year Apprentice Plumbers. What You Will Do

You will gain hands-on experience across a diverse range of large-scale Melbourne projects, including Public/NDIS Housing, Early Learning Centres, Schools, Community Centres, Sports Pavilions, and Retail spaces. Core duties include:

- Residential and light commercial new construction, including water, sewer, gas, rough-ins, fit-offs, and appliance installations.

- Roofing replacements and repairs.

- General above-ground plumbing, drainage, and fire services.

- Maintenance and insurance plumbing, including make-safes, disconnect/reconnect, fault finding, and retro-fit repairs.

What We Are Looking For

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

- Adaptive and willingness to learn and develop professionally and personally.

- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

- Completed or in the process of completing a vocational pre-apprenticeship not essential but highly regarded.

- Previous experience working within a trade-based environment.

- Current Working with Children's or ability to attain essential.
