Rocky Bay Limited is seeking experienced Support Workers for our East Victoria Park and Gosnells Supported Accommodation teams. These permanent part time roles include a Sunday–Saturday roster with flexible shifts, delivering high-quality, person-centred care to adults with complex needs.
You will assist with personal care, medications and complex tasks in a high-care setting, promoting independence and community participation while adhering to individual care plans.
