About the Role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient experience. Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and assisting patients in a warm and skilled manner
- Managing appointment bookings and phone enquiries
- Handling patient records and maintaining confidentiality
- Processing payments and basic administrative tasks
- Supporting the clinical team as needed

About You

- Previous reception or customer service experience (dental/medical preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional presentation
