About the role
Join a welcoming and collaborative nursing team at Tamworth Hospital, where Enrolled Nurses are valued members of the multidisciplinary team and play an important role in delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work alongside Registered Nurses, medical staff and other healthcare professionals, contributing directly to the care and experience of patients and their families. You will have the chance to build your clinical experience, develop your skills and be part of a dynamic health service focused on providing quality care and achieving the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Working under the guidance and direction of a Registered Nurse, you will contribute to the assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of individualised nursing care.
About you
We are looking for Enrolled Nurses who are passionate about providing person-centred care and genuinely enjoy being part of a nursing team.
You will be someone who:
- Communicates sensitively and effectively with patients, families and colleagues.
- Respects the individual needs, rights and preferences of patients.
- Works collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Is proactive in recognising and responding to patient needs.
- Is committed to safe, evidence-based nursing practice.

- Approaches challenging situations in a calm, personable and skilled manner.
- Is motivated to learn, develop and contribute to the nursing team.
Enrolled Nurse (Medication Endorsed where applicable) with current Authority to Practice with AHPRA.
