At Margifox Distributors, we're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Content Manager who enjoys seeing their work make a real difference. You'll have hands-on ownership of digital activity, a close-knit team to collaborate with, and the opportunity to help grow Jane Iredale© online in Australia.

The role

Your main focus will be Jane Iredale© eCommerce, bringing together Shopify, Klaviyo, content and paid media to create a better customer experience and grow online sales. You'll also contribute your expertise to shared projects across Margifox Distributors, Advanced Nutrition Programme™ and Environ©.

Reporting to our Marketing & Brand Manager, you'll turn agreed priorities into well-executed campaigns, spot opportunities and bring practical recommendations to the table. This is a senior, hands-on role with ownership of your work and close collaboration with our Marketing & Brand Coordinator.

What you'll get stuck into

- Managing Meta and Google Ads directly, including campaign setup, audience targeting, ad copy, creative testing, budget management, performance analysis and ongoing optimisation within approved budgets
- Improving the Jane Iredale© Shopify experience through merchandising, product and campaign pages, promotions, mobile usability and conversion-focused improvements




- Building and improving Klaviyo campaigns and customer journeys, including segmentation, automations, testing and performance reviews
- Creating compelling content across email, social, blogs, website pages, product launches and campaigns
- Managing creator and influencer activity, from briefs and usage rights through to deliverables and results
- Making sense of performance data, explaining what's working and recommending what to do next
- Using AI and automation thoughtfully to improve quality, save time and make everyday marketing work better
- You'll work across creative and commercial priorities, with a clear focus on the activities that make the biggest difference within your part-time hours.

What you'll bring

- Around five or more years' experience in digital marketing, eCommerce or a closely related role
- Proven hands-on experience building, managing and optimising Meta and Google Ads campaigns
- Strong Shopify and Klaviyo capability, or substantial experience with comparable platforms
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with an eye for engaging content and premium brand presentation
- Confidence connecting marketing performance to sales, customer behaviour and practical next steps
- A proactive, organised approach, careful attention to detail and a collaborative working style




- Curiosity about digital tools and AI, with sound judgement and human review behind the work
- Experience with creator partnerships, Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud would be highly regarded. An interest in beauty, skin health and wellness will help you feel at home.

The working arrangement

This is an office-based role at our Noosaville head office, working 22.8 hours per week. The usual arrangement is three days, with office hours of 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. We're also open to spreading the weekly hours across more days, with a regular schedule agreed together.
