About the Role

As a Head Spa Therapist, you'll deliver deeply relaxing treatments including scalp massage, shampooing, hair-drying and consultations to help clients reduce stress and improve scalp and hair health.

No prior experience in head spa is needed — full training provided.

JOB ROLE SPECIFICS

Rate of Pay(permanent pay rates):

- $27–$28 per hour for recent graduates.
- $28–$35 per hour for experienced hair and massage professionals.
- Penalty rates for Saturdays and Sundays.
- Tips and monthly rebook incentives.

Hours:





- Full-time or Part-time positions with guaranteed hours.
- We are open 8am - 10pm, 7 days a week and offer morning and evening shifts. (please note most positions require a mix of morning and evening shifts)

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

- Aminimum Certificate IV in Hairdressing or Certificate in Massage Therapy/Remedial Massage or Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy
- Previous salon or clinic experience in hair and/or massage and/or facial massage is essential.
- A genuine interest in hair and scalp health, relaxation therapies, and holistic wellness.
- Professional grooming and presentation, with strong communication and customer service skills.
- The physical capacity for 6–8-hour shifts.
- A willingness to learn and embrace Japanese wellness culture.
