You will be a key member of the team, creating a welcoming environment for our patients and supporting the team with high-quality administrative support. Work alongside an established admin and clinical team in our Blacktown office.

Key responsibilities

- Greet and assist patients in a warm and professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and patient inquiries
- General administration and office duties
- Management of patient invoicing and receipting
- Booking and managing appointments

About you

- Past experience as a medical receptionist in fast-paced medical practice
- Atleast 12 months of medical receptionist experience, preferably specialist
- Ability to multitask - prioritizing patient care
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and organizational ability
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize workload
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills,

- Punctual, reliable and honest
- Exceptional customer service, positive can-do attitude, eager to learn
- Rostered half day off once a fortnight (after successfully being trained for 8 weeks)
