Troocoo Government is supporting a Queensland Government client by recruiting AO2 Customer Experience Officers for a busy South Bank Contact Centre. These are agency labour hire contracts starting 12/10/26 to 30/01/26 with potential extension, paying 40.26 AUD per hour plus 12% super.

You will handle high volumes of inbound calls, provide accurate information, and help customers efficiently. The role requires on-site work, robust communication skills, and the ability to meet KPIs and service
