ALDI is seeking a Duty Manager to lead store operations in the Sydney area. You’ll supervise shifts, coach team members, and ensure outstanding customer service at the registers while maintaining product availability and store safety.

You’ll open/close the store, train new staff, and promote a positive team culture. This role demands evenings/weekends and strong leader presence in a busy retail setting.
