Fieldpiece is hiring a Customer Service & Warehouse Associate for a new warehouse in Brendale. This is a unique role where you'll spend most of your day providing exceptional customer service and about 10 hours/week receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and shipping products. This role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, resolving shipping or payment issues, and following up with customers on orders. This is a great prospect for someone that wants to develop into a sales or operations role. If you're mechanically minded, you may also test and/or conduct easy repairs.
Fieldpiece is a privately held US company that is investing in significant growth in the Australian marketplace. We've been developing and delivering rugged, professional-grade, and feature-rich tools and testing instruments to HVACR technicians since 1990. HVACR pros trust us to help them do their jobs better, faster, and easier with tools like spanning meters, manifolds, leak detectors, scales, and more.
This position requires being onsite every day from 8:00am-4:00pm in our Brendale location.
