Zip Co Limited is seeking a Customer Experience team member in Sydney to support Australians using Zip’s services. You’ll handle inbound inquiries, manage tickets, and help customers feel confident shopping with Zip while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role starts with full time hours during training and shifts to your selected availability of 20–25 hours per week, in a hybrid office setup across weekdays.
