Ok Sushi Bowen Hills is hiring a part time Kitchen Hand to join our team as Hot Food section staff. This is an prospect to be part of a team and learn about sushi making and Japanese cooking.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients for sushi using basic knife skills
- Work in the Hot Food section
About you
- Knowledge and understanding of Japanese food and culture, or willingness to learn
- Basic knife skills to prepare ingredients for sushi
- Available either 7am - 11am or 11am - 4pm
- Sushi or similar experience welcome
- Must have Australian working rights
