The part you will play
As part of the Enhanced Maternal and Child Health team you will work closely with the internal stakeholders/Community. Working on: Delivering the targeted but flexible Enhanced Maternal and Child Health program within the established guidelines, to families experiencing vulnerabilities and early parenting challenges. Providing high quality, evidence-based practice with a focus on strengthening parenting capacity, improving family functioning and empowering families to make optimal decisions related to their children’s health and development. Assessing, monitoring and promoting the physical, emotional,
and cognitive development of children aged 0-3 years. Developing partnership with families to find a focus, set goals and implement action plans for improved outcomes

You will thrive in this role if you: Have the ability to work in an innovative, supportive and dynamic multi-disciplinary team with an enthusiasm to learn Have a commitment to family-centric and solution-focused practices and comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced by vulnerable families Strong organisational skills and time management will assist you to manage complex tasks, prioritising and completing work commitments and high quality documentation within expected time frames An understanding of the Enhanced Maternal and Child Health program guidelines and alignment with the aims and outcomes of the program.
