NSW Health's Westmead Hospital is seeking a Blood Transplant Post-Transplant Coordinator to provide advanced clinical expertise and autonomous care coordination for patients from Day 100 onwards, including long-term follow-up.

Join a specialist Blood Transplant and Cell Therapy service, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, evidence-based care across the patient journey and contribute to education and research initiatives.
