ARC, based at Hemmant, is seeking a Customer Experience Manager - Scheduling. You will lead scheduling capability behind every ARC project in QLD and manage dispersed teams across multiple sites. This hands-on, customer-facing leadership role interacts daily with builders, concreters and project teams to improve estimation, scheduling and delivery, shaping regional customer experience. As part of the Regional Leadership Team you will drive improvements and contribute to regional strategy.
