Position

Following an internal promotion, an opportunity has become available for an experienced Operations Manager to join the Brisbane team. The role will see you leading day-to-day operations, driving team performance and managing key client and employee relationships.

You will have the autonomy to lead and develop some of the business's most important internal functions, while working closely with senior management to improve processes,



performance and overall business outcomes.

On offer is $120K - $130K + Super

Candidate

The successful candidate will have experience in Operations Management or a related industry , ideally within property, finance, mortgage broking or house-and-land.

We are looking for someone with strong commercial acumen, a sound understanding of the Australian property transaction process and proven experience leading and developing a team.

You will need to be highly organised, commercially minded and confident managing multiple priorities while maintaining strong relationships across the business.
