What you’ll be doing:

- You’ll be the driving force of the venue, visible, engaged,



and leading from the front every shift.
- Lead an exceptional guest experience that captures the energy and spirit of Yo-Chi.
- Coach, develop, and motivate your team in real time.
- Build a strong, accountable, and positive team culture.
- Oversee daily operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Manage labour, COGS, and P&L; to deliver strong commercial performance.
- Recruit, train, and retain high performing team members.
- Build strong connections with the Malverncommunity through local engagement and activations.

Who we’re looking for:

- A hands on leader who loves being on the floor and leading alongside their team
- Commercially aware with 3-5 + years experience across labour, COGS, and P&L.;
- Someone passionate about building outstanding teams, strong culture and exceptional guest experiences.
- Natural coach who lifts performance and holds high standards.
- People focused with a genuine love for hospitality.
- Driven to make an impact and grow with Yo-Chi.
