Amazon is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to join the AWS Support team in Australia. You will assist a global list of customers leveraging a growing set of AWS services to run mission-critical applications.

You will act as a Cloud Ambassador across all cloud products, helping customers optimize their product and support investments. Daily activities include troubleshooting, collaboration with AWS engineers, and contributing knowledge to tutorials and articles for the developer community.
