Novus is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to own end-to-end software delivery across multiple squads in a Sydney-based, hybrid setup. The role covers delivery leadership, release management, agile facilitation and stakeholder management in a SAFe workplace.

With ~25 developers across 4–5 squads and two-week sprints, you will coordinate planning, governance, and enable teams to deliver against roadmap commitments, while working closely with Product and leadership.
