Brunch Agency is seeking a Senior Client Manager to cover a 12-month parental leave in Melbourne, with a 0.8-1.0 FTE split and a hybrid work pattern in Fitzroy. You’ll manage a portfolio of key clients, lead pitches, and coordinate a small team to deliver profitable retainers.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in account management at creative or marketing agencies, solid commercial sense, and proven leadership. You’ll drive growth while keeping projects on time and on brief.
