Key Responsibilities
- Carryoutelectricalinspections,maintenanceandrepairs
- Troubleshootelectricalfaultsandrestoreequipmentfunctionality
- Performscheduledpreventativemaintenance
- Completecorrectivemaintenanceinresponsetoequipmentfaults
- Assistinreducingplantdowntimethrougheffectivefaultdiagnosis
- Supportcontinuousimprovementandreliabilityprograms
- Workalongsideproductionpersonneltoimproveoperationalefficiency
- Assistwithpracticalmaintenancesolutionsandequipmentimprovements
- Maintaincompliancewithsafety,healthandenvironmentalrequirements
- Workaspartofacollaborativemaintenanceteam
Requirements & Eligibility
- CurrentAustralianElectricalLicence–essential
- Atleast2years’experienceinanindustrialorcomparableenvironment
- Experienceinmanufacturing,processing,miningorheavyindustryishighlyregarded
- Strongpracticalelectricalfault-findingskills
- Soundunderstandingofsafeelectricalworkpractices
- Abilitytodiagnoseproblemsandimplementeffectivesolutions
- Abilitytoworkindependentlywithminimalsupervision
- Abilitytocommunicateeffectivelywithinamultidisciplinaryteam
- Verifiablequalificationsandrelevantemploymentexperience
- Instrumentationknowledgeisadvantageous
- SAPexperienceisadvantageous
