AW Bell in Dandenong South is seeking an experienced Welding Technician to join the Aftercast team, performing precision TIG welding on stainless steel, titanium and nickel alloys and checking weld quality against drawings.

You will contribute to solving production issues, support training, and help maintain welding maps and records while upholding NADCAP standards and a secure, collaborative work environment.
