An exciting chance has become available for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a modern and supportive boutique real estate business in Melbourne's Inner South.
Managing a portfolio of approximately 200 properties , you'll be part of a close-knit team with strong systems, leasing assistance and VA support, making your role focussed on relationship management. The role offers a genuine focus on work‑life balance, with the team finishing at 4:00pm and the flexibility to work from home one day per week after probation.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 200 properties
- Oversee day-to-day portfolio management and client relationships
- Conduct final inspections and assist with ingoing processes
- Work closely with the leasing team to ensure a smooth leasing process
- Maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships
- Manage maintenance, arrears, compliance and general portfolio administration
- Work collaboratively with VA and support staff
- Deliver a high level of customer service across the portfolio
- Meet agreed KPIs and contribute to overall team performance
What We're Looking For:
- Experienced Property Manager with strong portfolio management experience
- Confident managing a large portfolio independently
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit team
- Proactive, reliable and accountable approach
- Strong understanding of residential property management processes
- Agent's Representative Certificate
- Ideally located within approximately 30 minutes of the office
