Prokids Education Group Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Centre Manager to join our team.

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre and ensuring a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for young children. The role involves leading staff, maintaining compliance with relevant standards, and supporting the development and wellbeing of children.

Key responsibilities

- Developing and implementing programs that enhance the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of young children.
- Providing care and supervision for children in before-school, after-school, day, and vacation care programs.
- Directing and supervising Child Carers to ensure high-quality care and appropriate supervision of young children.




- Ensuring the centre provides a safe and welcoming environment for children, staff, and visitors.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant government requirements, regulations, and quality standards.
- Liaising with parents and maintaining positive relationships with families.
- Maintaining accurate centre records, documentation, and accounts.
- Recruiting staff and coordinating professional development and training.
- Supporting the team to maintain a high standard of care, education, and service within the centre.
