Ray White North Lakes seeks an experienced Portfolio Property Manager to oversee a ~130-property residential portfolio. You will be supported by a dedicated leasing team and up-to-date systems while focusing on structured processes, regulatory compliance, and long-term client relationships.

You will maintain excellent communication with landlords and tenants, conduct inspections, manage maintenance, and handle lease renewals. AQLD Real Estate Certificate and driver’s license are essential.
