We're currently looking for a reliable, motivated, and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team.

Your Role

This is a varied and exciting role where no two days are the same. Key responsibilities include:

- Opening and closing of the store
- Selling jewellery using excellent interpersonal and sales skills
- Buying and providing loans on gold jewellery
- Merchandising, displays and promotions
- Developing and implementing of systems and procedures
- Website Management
- Prior knowledge of gold valuation and jewellery assessment is preferred but not essential
- Collaborating with the team to achieve daily and long-term business goals

About You

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, trustworthy,



and eager to grow with our business. The ideal candidate will have:

- A minimum of 3 years managerial experience
- Face-to-face sales experience, specifically in jewellery, is required
- A friendly, approachable personality and a positive attitude
- Australian work rights or valid visa to work in Australia
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse customer base
- A desire for long-term involvement in a growing business
- An honest, dependable, and professional approach to work
- The flexibility and motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Desirable (but not essential)

- Experience in jewellery buying
