Plena Healthcare in Recent South Wales is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our mobile team delivering care across Residential Aged Care facilities. You will assess residents, design mobility and functional programs, review care plans, and provide one-to-one and group activities in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

You will hold General AHPRA registration, be willing to obtain checks, have a valid driver’s license, and be prepared to travel within a dedicated region.
