BlueCare, part of UnitingCare Health, is recruiting a Clinical Nurse to lead community-based nursing and support staff across Mount Warren Park, Greenbank and surrounding areas.

You will review care plans, monitor client well-being and advocate for person-centred care, enabling independence and home-based living for clients in our community. This is a permanent full time role with Not-for-Profit salary packaging benefits.
